Having practiced personal injury law for over 29 years, Attorney Averbeck is experienced in the courtroom, but he is also skilled in bringing cases to a conclusion through negotiated settlement, avoiding the necessity of a trial. Charles Averbeck, born in 1950, received his law degree from Marquette Law School in 1978 and then began private practice in Fond du Lac. Attorney Averbeck is certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Association for Justice. He is a member of the American Association for Justice. He is past President of the Fond du Lac County Bar Association and has been active in local governmental, civic and charitable organizations.
